Course Description:
The course prides itself in being one of the toughest challenges in all of golf. Among Pine Valley's trademarks are "Hell's half acre" (a barren wasteland on the 7th hole), "The devil's a** hole" (an extremely deep bunker on the 10th hole), and the famous 18th finishing hole, which many say incorporate every element of golf.

This world-renowned course is number one on GOLF MAGAZINE's "Top 100 Courses in the U.S." and "Top 100 Courses in the World" rankings. The design features wide fairways and large, fast greens. There are several sand and grass bunkers located throughout the course, and water hazards come into play on four holes. This club has the highest slope and course ratings for men in the continental U.S. A redesign of two holes was completed in 1989 by Tom Fazio and Andy Banfield. This golf facility also offers a ten hole Short Course designed by Tom Fazio.
